First there was 3 Country gals from the High Desert of Eastern Oregon around a place called Silver Lake with a population of 150 but that’s also counting the dogs. Then there were two Gals. Now there is only one Gal left, Me - Leanna

Leanna is the pointless quilter (my points don't always match) but I'm getting much better. Really a Fabraholic, and I love all kinds of Fabric.

Leanna is getting out of the Quarter horses, Although she still has 8 of them. The Sandy Curtis Memorial Reining Series is over, and yours truly (and BOBO) took 1st place in Open Bridle Reining. Got a huge trophy, silver bit, Original Oil Painting by Blue Horse and lots of other stuff. My Palomino Filly (Honey) took 2nd in the Snaffle Bit Reining and won me a beautiful pair of spurs.

Since I show my horses in Reining, if there is a show on the weekend, I may be closed. Taking my 6 year old Niece, Cristal to the Fort Rock Play days one Sat a month, during the Summer. Call first if you are driving out to the Quilt Shop.

If you live anywhere near us, and are interested in Reining, we are starting a Reining Club ( The Silver Lake Reiners) for next year. Nothing Grand, just a place to get together and practice.
